Day 1: Formwork & Pouring – We set our timber formwork securely, lay your SL62 structural steel mesh, and pour your chosen premium Holcim aggregate mix evenly at a uniform 100mm depth.

The Precision Wash Off – We apply a top-layer retarder to control the surface curing. At the exact right hour, we meticulously wash away the surface paste to expose that beautifully uniform, barefoot-friendly stone texture.

The Acid Clean – After letting the concrete cure , our crew returns for a high-pressure acid wash. This strips away any lingering surface film or impurities, making the natural stone colors pop perfectly.

The High-Gloss Seal – We finish the job by applying an industrial-grade high-gloss protective sealing coating. This locks in the color, blocks UV rays from fading the concrete, and prevents tire marks or oil leaks from staining your brand-new driveway.
