For larger, open-access jobs, we can offer more competitive square metre rates.
As a guide:
• Standard grey concrete — from $110/m² (large, open areas only)
• Typical residential concrete — from $150/m²
• Coloured concrete — from $180/m²
The lower rate applies to jobs like shed slabs, hardstands or large open areas where access is easy and preparation is straightforward.
For most residential work around homes — driveways, paths, patios and tight access areas — pricing is generally higher due to additional labour, prep and finishing requirements.

All concrete is installed to Australian standards and built for WA conditions.
What’s Not Included (Quoted Separately)
The above pricing applies to standard residential concrete only.
Some jobs require additional specifications and are priced separately, including:
• Council crossovers
• Commercial or heavy-duty slabs
• House extensions or structural slabs
• Engineer-specified slabs, footings or piered foundations
These jobs often require thicker concrete, extra reinforcement or compliance requirements — so they’re quoted individually to make sure everything is done properly.
