We Came to Concrete is looking for skilled and reliable bobcat and excavator operators to work alongside our crew across South East Perth.

 

If you’ve got your own machine, know how to operate properly, and can work efficiently on residential sites — we want to hear from you.

 

This isn’t bulk earthworks or big civil jobs — it’s detailed site prep where accuracy matters.

Type of Work

​

You’ll be assisting with:

• Site cuts and preparation
• Tight access work
• Preparing slabs, driveways and patios
• Basic drainage and excavation
• Working alongside concreting crews

 

Most of our work is residential, so attention to detail is key.

Our jobs are based across South East Perth, including:

Maddington, Gosnells, Thornlie, Canning Vale, Harrisdale, Southern River, Huntingdale, Willetton, Riverton, Parkwood, Langford, Lynwood, Ferndale, Beckenham, Bull Creek, Leeming and Cannington.
