Pricing generally includes:

  • Standard finish

  • Saw cuts/control joints where required

  • Tidy up on completion

  • Final pricing may change depending on site access, council requirements, concrete thickness, finish, drainage, kerb levels, road base, excavation and removal of existing concrete or paving.

  • Commercial crossovers and crossovers on busy roads may require traffic management and additional safety measures. These are quoted separately.

Earthworks and Road Base

The pricing above does not include major earthworks, excavation or road base preparation.

Some crossover jobs may need:

  • excavation below finished concrete level

  • removal of sand, soil, grass, paving or old concrete

  • road base supply and compaction

  • extra preparation to suit council requirements

  • drainage adjustments

  • verge reinstatement

If you send through photos of the verge, kerb and driveway area, we can usually give you a better idea of whether earthworks are likely to be required.

Areas we Service

We construct residential concrete crossovers across South East Perth, including:

  • City of Canning

  • City of Gosnells

  • City of Belmont

  • Town of Victoria Park

We also work across nearby suburbs where the job is suitable.

Council Approval Is Required

Before a crossover can be installed, council approval is usually required.

The property owner is responsible for confirming approval and any council requirements before works are booked.

Most councils may ask for:

  • a simple diagram of the proposed crossover

  • photos of the verge and kerb

  • basic measurements

  • site details

  • proposed crossover width and location

Once the council side is approved or the requirements are clear, send the information through and we can quote the concrete crossover works.

How to Measure Your Crossover (So We Can Quote)

To give you an accurate price, we need three measurements:

  1. Body width of the crossover (straight section)

  2. Wing widths (usually .5m -1.5m each side, council dependent)

  3. Total length from kerb to Boundary line.

If you provide some photos we can give you a price for Earthworks as well.
