All concrete is poured to Australian standards and built for WA conditions.
What it Doesnt include:
The $120 per m² rate is for standard residential concrete only and does not apply to:

Council crossovers
-
Commercial or heavy-duty slabs that need extra thickness
-
House extensions or structural slabs
-
Engineer-specified slabs, footings or piered foundations
These types of jobs need different concrete specs, extra steel, and often council or engineering requirements, so they’re quoted separately to make sure everything is done properly and to spec.
